This Mason Jar melter is electric with a 6 1/2 ft cord. The tin pan on the top lifts off to easily fill or discard your drizzle melt. A 30 watt bulb heats our Drizzle Melts to throw their fragrance. Light shines through the Mason jar and makes a sparkling night light when the house is dark. When it is time to discard the used wax, you may pour the warm wax into a disposable cup, or you may lift off the pan and set it in the fridge or freezer for an hour. The hardened wax will easily lift out.
Don't forget...you can always find replacement bulbs here. Never use a night light bulb in our melters. They will not produce enough heat to melt the wax.
